Fujitsu is looking to sew up two markets with one product, with the release of the tablet/PC hybrid LIFEBOOK GH77/T.
The tablet segment is a 15.6-inch full HD unit that docks onto a static base unit that’s powered by an Intel Core-i7 4712HQ CPU clocked at 2.3GHz, with Intel HD Graphics 4600.
The Windows 8.1 unit has 8GB of RAM, a 2TB SATA HDD and supports WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and NFC.
It’s out in Japan on 23 January for ¥240,000 (US $2,000).
